Country Manager
Qualification
The person must have a minimum of First Degree in Marketing or Business Development with a minimum of 5 years working experience in the same position.
Requirements
· · Research management and clients management skills;
· · Sales and Business Development experience and proof of this;
· · People management experience and emotional maturity;
· · Familiarity with fleet market developments and knowledge of fleet market in South America;
· · Established relationships with largest fleet operators would be an advantage;
· · Solid background in market research or consulting;
· · Good command of written and spoken English and Spanish;
· · Willingness to work in a growing and changing environment.
Duties and Responsibilities
· · Meet financial targets for business;
· · Manage key customer relationships and actively develop new business
opportunities in South America market;
· · Coordinates sales activities of other team members.
· · Act as a leader, fostering a team environment while providing a vision for
team.
· · Conduct research and consulting in area of experts
· · Actively develop new research, consulting and conference ideas
· · Play an active role in promoting the success of conference business
· · Manage Company’s South America operations, including timely delivery of financial and sales data in the required quality
